I made the newbie mistake of buying bare root plants from an online vendor. I thought, "oh wow, Oak Leaf Hydrangeas for $3 a piece. Woo Hoo." Well, it turns out that they are not oakleafs.

I have four that are about 18". They have rooted and are filling out nicely, but I've yet to see them bloom as they've only been in the ground since Fall 09.

They are in the ground so you'll need to bring pots or something. Friday is best or we can arrange for another day.
