I realize I might be over worried but if I put dunks in our small pond and it kills all the mosquitos what about the frogs? will they still have enough to eat? I know I am overly concerned but I do not want my frogs to starve!!

Since the dunks would only kill the larva that's in the pond, your frogs have millions of other bugs just outside the pond to eat. I doubt they'll go hungry.
