Not that I am aware of. When time permits, I plan on tring to put one together in accordance with the Texas Master Gardeners program (sans the toxic chemicals), but do not hold your breath.
This is something TORC http://www.dirtdoctor.com/org_research.php has been meaning to do for some time, but the lack of grants and donations make it difficult to carry out most things. All the work I do (not a lot at this time) is strictly volunteer. Since I am not independently wealthy, the time I am able to contribute is somewhat limited.
