I have been growing garlic for the last 2 years and has been very productive in my home garden. When I harvest the bulbs, they are still extremly soft and I let them air dry. The only issue is that get brown spots on the bulb as they dry out!
Does anyone know how to prevent this from occuring? It doen't change the taste of it but it looks bad. Thanks for everyones help.
