Like Tony said, Kathe Kithcens is a great resource for you to get what you are looking for. She has converted more than a few Dallas schools to the organic approach and knows where to get these grants. She has also helped with (among other things) a pet project of mine at the Wesley-Rankin center in West Dallas. She can be contacted by doing a search for her name in the memberlist. She goes by her first and last name: Kathe Kitchens. Godspeed.
