I want a few animals for grazing on 15 archers’ just to keep the land kind of cleaned up but I can’t get out very often and need some thing that can pretty much fend for their selves. Especially in winter with little or no supplemental food, we also have coyotes and feral pigs on occasion they have to deal with. If anyone knows of a type of animal that would work please let me know, or am I asking too much.
I agree with Bluestem, mowing should cost no more than $50 3-4 times a year. I have goats for sale but even if I gave them to you the requirement for fencing, shelter and water, not to mention a donkey or livestock guardian to protect ffom the coyotes, would get you to the bank much too often.

You might try coyotes and feral pigs . Otherwise you can't just leave animals alone.
Can you hire someone to come by and check on them and/or move them to new pasture? My plan would have you building fifteen 1-acre paddocks and moving the animal (singular) from paddock to paddock every week or two depending on how fast your grass is growing.
