Just wanted to introduce myself...I live in East Texas, deep in the Piney Woods. Having recently moved from an apartment to a house (with beautiful landscaping and gardens), I have been on the fast track trying to learn about gardening out here.
So much to learn how to deal with...powdery mildew, black spot, velvet ants... makes my head spin.
When I lived in the Dallas area, I read and listened to Howard all the time. I sure am glad to have found this forum!!

You still can listen to Howard on the internetat WBAP.com, both on Saturday and Sunday.
Glad to hear that you have joined the rest of us on this great Organic Forum. Before I forget, I want to welcome you to the Organic Forum. Try to convert your non organic neighbors in the Piney Woods. You should have a great garden, flowers, and lawn out there in East Texas. One thing I would suggest is to print and read the free handouts on Howards web site. It is all great and helpful information.
