I'm looking for a recommendation on a holly to plant in the Dallas area -

I intend to use primarily as a living screen.

Area for planting gets varied sun - but typically east/southeast exposure - late afternoon sun is mostly shaded by large oak and pecan tree on the west side of my house.

I was thinking either Foster's or Savannah. Maybe Nellie R Stevens, but they never look as full as I would like for a screen. Possibly a Burforf would work, but I really want 10-12 feet minimum.

Suggestions?

Also - I would like to get fairly decent size - larger than 5 gallon - any nurseries recommended?
