Ever heard of a willow holly? A landscaper used this for a fence cover.

I'm not coming up with any hits on that. Are you sure it's not a weeping variety of holly? Can you get the latin name from the landscaper?

It sounds like it is probably a Needlepoint or Willowleaf Holly. If that is the case, it is an excellent plant. I have several and the are wonderful.
