All this weed talk makes me wonder if any of you have let a weed grow to its fullest in size,the guy that lives behind me had both knees worked on last year so nobody cut his lawn,I noticed that a weed,maybe a dandlion,grew over 6 feet tall and was growing thru a pecan tree in his backyard,it didn't have a real big base only about as big as a frisbee and was green all summer long.
I'm gonna try and start taking pictures of weeds this year,some are really neat looking.

I love them. Except the ones that hurt to the touch.
