We need some help in controling copperhead snakes. We have lost one cat and maybe another. We can't find him.
We are building a house that is nearly complete. We have been cleaning up behind the house, moving boards and restacking them and mowing.
We have killed one really big one and two a little smaller.
We found one cat under our new house, about five feet from where we killed the snakes. He had been bit in the face.
We are going to put the water pipes in soon and we want to drive out the snakes. How can we do it. We now think the snakes have moved under the new house.
I'm sorry this is so long but we don't want people to get hurt.
I have also used mothballs with ALOT of success. I dont know if something made from naptha fits into an organic program or not, but since I've been tossing a few under my tool shed.....no more snakes of any kind.

This doesn't completely help, but we inquired about a vaccine for our dogs. Last time I checked, they had a vaccine for rattle snakes and a vaccine for copperheads was in the works. Don't know if they have the same for cats.
