Does Howard mix the clay, missing link and apple cider vinegar all together in one drink??? And does he take this on an empty stomach or after a meal?? Thanks from a newbie.

Following is Howards drink: # Redmond Clay per label directions - 1-2 teaspoons. # 2-3 rounded tablespoons of the Missing Link. # 2-3 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar such as Bragg. # 1-2 tablespoons of a quality fish oil. Capsules can be substituted. # Enough juice and water to make about 8-10 oz. I use pomegranate or cranberry mostly. Stir well. The juice can be omitted when you develop a taste for vinegar.
I have trouble keeping the clay from lumping and the vinegar doesn't seam to do much for my stomach.
