Yep, score another convert to the "natural way" for me. My neighbor across the street is now on the bandwagon, complete with a donated copy of Howard's Plants of Texas book and a list of amendents and where to get them.
Not once have I ever broached the subject with my neighbors about what they should/could do for their lawns or gardens. They come to me with questions since I'm frequently doing this and that in the yard. Apparently my efforts are speaking for themselves.

Mmmmmm, what a great feeling. (Better than "Pearl White" mouthdrops - if you are old enough to remember that commercial <g>) This makes my heart happy and feel all warm inside. Thanks for sharing and, yes, it can be done! I've converted 5 so far.
I plan on teaching a Sunday School class on the very subject. Keep on converting! Way to go!!!!
