Any assistance with the name of this bushwould be great! They are all along the Dallas tollway & Central expressway. The leaves seem tiny, as are the blooms - I can't seem to find anything like them. I've seen a few in yards in N. Oak Cliff, but very few.

they're like weeds. If you try to control it you WILL lose. Put it in an area that can be consumed by it.

I'm looking at putting it on the back fence - would be great to cover up the alley view
