Can you safely recycle kitty litter in the garden or yard? My landlord has a penchant for dumping it in the back. It stinks all the time. He also chews tobacco and I've caught him spiting it on my herbs that I use. To me all this dumping in the back and spliting on my plants has made me so mad. I've asked him to stop but he just appologizes and makes execuses for himself. Is there a silver organic lining to this tale of woe?

Guess you can't evict him. And guess you can't fence your herbs? Can you turn on a soaker hose full force when he's out there? Or just accidentaly spray him w/hose? Do you have access to a fire hose?

Anyone know of an organic landlord repellent??

I would be very serious with him and tell him how important this is to you. I would be so angry as well.

I've come up with the most plausable solution. I'm going to buy a house and move. There is no need for me to bother paying his mortage when this is a buyer's market and I can find something where my herbs as well as my requests are respected.

I've asked him to stop but he just appologizes and makes execuses for himself.

And what excuses? "Makes me feel better if I spit my tobacco at your herbs." "I was just fertilizing your herbs." What was his excuses? He has no excuse!
