I have two large Leather Leaf Mahonia shrubs in my back yard. This year they are just loaded with berries and the mocking birds are really enjoying them. Does anyone know if these berries are OK for people to eat? I try to make jelly out of different kinds of plants, and I just thought, if these are edible, they might make a nice jelly. Thanks.
