Hello all,
My name is Mary and I participated here over a year ago when my husband and I purchased and moved to a seven acre parcel of land in S Tarrant County. It is old pasture land, hard, dry soil...I had surgery and had to let the garden go last season :(
We are new to gardening, and have had some successes and failures as to be expected with any venture. I am glad to be back here with the Ground Crew so I can fix the 'failures'.
Our long term goal is to have a small farm, just like the storybooks lol...We have added chickens as our first animals, and get four eggs every day.
I look forward to sponging up all of the wonderful garden knowledge here on the forum!!
-Mary
