Chickens don't do much browsing of plants. They mainly stick to grasses, bugs, and the occasional fruit or vegetable. I wouldn't worry about the morning glories. We have some wild varieties around our chickens and they haven't had any problems.
How long have you had chickens? What breed? Only hens? Do you have them for eating bugs or yummy eggs?
I've kept chickens for three years and wish I'd had them before then. I didn't know anything about them and it was scary at first.
Nice to meet another chook person!

I just became a "chook person", so any suggestions are welcome We've started with just a half dozen Barred Rocks, so we can learn a bit, and then we're going to get a large enough flock to do semi-serious egg production. Perhaps a few Australorps, too.
I have lots of tips on feeding, bedding, housing, egg quality....etc. Just ask!
I started three years ago with a straight run of 25 barred rocks. Now I have 5 of those original hens, one rooster given from a friend, and one hen we hatched here. My flock has been whittled down by ant poison residue (long story), butchering (roosters), selling (3 hens), and an owl that got two hens and two cockrels.
Chicken is on EVERYTHING'S menu!
I am thinking about buying an incubator to hatch my own chicks. Any eggs yet? When I got my first egg, I was so excited. Well good luck with your new hobby.

Personally I would welcome chicken discussions. Chickens usually predominate other (non organic) livestock discussion boards. I'd like to see what the organic and sustainable chicken folks are doing different.

YES, PLEASE! Pam, start a new string on chickens and share the wisdom! I agree with David, we don't have enough discussion on chickens on this forum so please do lead off for us!
