Post subject: My kwanza Cherry tree is dying. Can anyone help?

My Kwanza Cherry Tree is looking bad. It's leaves look burnt and they crumble at touch. The tree itself looks fine. It has been hot lately but we've had rain and the soil is not dry. Can anyone help me.
