My pond has be almost unusable for years because of coontail moss. It has covered 50 to 75 percent of the surface area. Now it is disappearing and I have no idea why. I have contacted the Texas Department and they asked a few questions that I answered but nothing else. I am confused why nobody is interested in a natural control of invasive vegetation of water bodies. Does anybody have a clue as to what is happening?

You might try calling the Texas pond society or a pond co. in the yellowpages. :?
