I am building a new home on a lake in Smith County. I am going totally organic so I need to know what I can apply for pest control, esp termites, before & after the foundation is formed. Thanks for the help.

If I remember prior information correctly, the boric acid products Tim-Bor and Boracare (I think I have those names right) are available from pest control companies that handle less toxic products. Hopefully someone in your area will be able to guide you toward a company that will handle it for you. They are used to treat the wood in the home before it is covered during the construction phase.
