 Post subject: New to Organic Lawn program in Southlake, TX

Location: Southlake,TEXAS
We are starting our organic lawn program and were told to start with dry molasses and then apply CGM next week. Do you water in or not? Also need help killing large amts. of henbit weeds.

Henbit usually dies off when the temps go up a bit more. I wouldn't worry about it.

I would also suggest that you get one of Howard's books, like the Organic Manual for ground level info on organcis. It's very helpful.

Yes, water in the molasses once it's on the lawn.
