is this a fungus,...sick tree or an insect,..just got through vacuuming it all off,...NO critter came out to greet me,..only ONE fire ant did a "Bee Dance" on my hand,...but,..did not bite me,..ANOTHER ant did later,..there IS a fire ant mound at the bottom on the north side,..and ON THE TRUNK only ,..THIS time the web/film was more pronounced on the north side,...we had this once before,..but,..I didn't notice it coming up again,...the film is fine/whilte/repels water,...and you cannot see any fiber in it,...THANKS
