A friend would like to have a start from my Oleanders. I have tried to find a start, but do not know what to do. How do I get a start or can I just cut through with an AXE? to take a start? I do not want to damage mine but they are so beautiful it would nice to share. Also mine get about 6 feet tall, should I cut them back? when? Thank you.
