I feel like I'm the only person in Maryland looking for 10% vinegar! Can't find it anywhere local...yet. Is it possible to dilute 20% vinegar with water to 10%? I've found a website that has 20% vinegar for slightly less than the 10%. Everything's in Texas and because of fuel costs shipping is getting outrageous...Thx
