Hi, folks.
I just joined today, and am converting to the organic program. Just had some landscaping work done, and the contractor used pecan mulch. It's beautiful and seems to interlock well so that it won't float off in a hard rain.
I imagine it's pretty expensive stuff, but the guy won't tell me where he gets it.

I get pecan mulch from a plant/greenhouse nursery that cracks pecans. They give it to me by the truck loads. As to the other poster, I find that the pecan hulls break down fine here in Tyler. You will see an increase in squirrel activity after mulching so get ready for them.
