I've been hearing Howard talk about the plant wash and I got ahold of the product. The information on the label is a bit vague as to what the plant wash actually does, but I am going to try it for the fungal diseases I'm seeing on my tomatoes.

Question is, can I use this in conjuction with other measures, such as Garrett Juice (or other seaweed/fish/molasses mixture), garlic, potassium bicarbonate, etc? I wonder if I should spray this on every plant in my garden that has foliage issues? I would like to know more about the product and who has used it, purposes, results, etc.

(I am referring to the Soil Mender brand of plant wash.)

Plant Wash can be mixed with other products. It works by setting up a condition that the disease organisms can't tolerate. It does the same for many insect pest problems without hurting the beneficials. That's the part I don't totally understand yet. I do know that it works extremely well on disease problems such as powdery mildew on crape myrtles, sooty mold on citrus and blackspot on roses.
