I have a red oak tree, which over the past two years, the leaves are a lighter green than normal, and they don't get any darker. I looked online, and noticed that it could be a virus, etc.
Is there anything I can do?

I would recommend you post your question on the tree forum. you may want to try to post any pics of the tree if possible.
