is the red color of the wall o'water any better than the reg. green ones for tomatoes?

I have not used either so I really don't know. Has anyone else used these products?

I have used both & the red does seem to do a little better, but the stems are not stiff when it is time to take either one off. You will need to use a stake for the first few weeks after you remove them. I will use either one.

the red do seem to be doing better. already got several poking out the top of the cone, but i'm not ready to pull them off yet. got to get some more cages built w/ plastic.
i have bout 6 i planted at same time 3 in a cage w/ plastic and rest until tonight were w/out any protection. but got them wrapped in plastic so we'll see how ell they do.
