I would like to rely on organic gardening, especially with my roses. I have mostly antiques, but I also have 3 hybrids. They do well in the spring -- well, not the hybrids -- but fizzle in the summer. What should my feeding/watering regimen be here in North Texas. I have a good friend who grows lovely roses, and all she does is foliar-feed them with Garrett Juice and bury banana peels near the roots. What can you tell me?

Go to the home page of the main website:

http://www.dirtdoctor.com/home.php

scroll down to Free Organic Handouts - you'll see a link for the Organic Rose Program. This should give you the info you're looking for.
