Any way to take a picture? It's probably an aphid, which can come in several colors, with and without wings. You can blast them off with water or sprinkle DE on them. Also make sure you're spraying the plants once a week with Garrett Juice or Bioform on the leaves, which will help maintain a strong, healthy plant.
