If you're allowed to shoot there, a .38 filled with snakeshot works well and doesn't do too much damage. Snakeshot is so "gentle" it can be used indoors.
Most geese are vegetarians, but they are also very protective. You might try ducks or even swans if you want to go larger. You have to be careful around swans, though. They'll send you to the hospital if they get mad at you.
And of course with fowl, there is always the dock duck doo to dance around.

Anybody know if a sulfur mix would chase them off? Medina has Sol-Sul or you could get some wettable sufur at Lowe's or HD and try that. I'm told by my farmer cousins that snakes aren't too fond of sulfur. Just a thought.
