Question to Dirt Doctor via email:

My husband's late grandfather packed and sold packets of "Mumphrey's Italian Mixed Spices". The recipe/formula died with him. Recently, we found about six of these packets. Do you know anyone who could "reverse engineer" the packet and tell us what herbs and spices were contained in it? I would love to surprise my husband with this information.
