 Post subject: spotty leaves on Indian paintbrush

Location: Waxahachie,TEXAS
We have a row of 10 Indian paintbrush alongside our house that gets sun, but a lot of shade too. Out of these "10 little Indians", three have a lot of little purplish spots on the leaves. Should I be worried? What are they from?

I sprayed them with garlic pepper tea. Maybe that will help whatever the spots are from.
