I was wanting to find out if anyone has had any success planting Aralia's outside. I have tried twice and around the end of June, they both were completely dead.

If you have had success, let me know the soil condition, sun exposure and any other things that you feel would benefit them growing.

Hi EJ,
You don't say what hardiness zone you are in or which aralia you have tried to plant outdoors. Here is a site with great growing info for Kalopanax pictus - Castor aralia which is hardy in zones 5 to 7.

For Aralia spinosa - Devils walkingstick

If you are trying to grow a different one, do let us know.
