 Post subject: Tiny mushroons in pot

What causes tiny mushrooms to grow in potted tomato plants? Are the tomatoes ok to eat and should I even be concerned about the mushrooms?

That's simply the organic matter in your potting medium decomposing. Don't eat the shrooms though but the tomatoes are fine.
