I know you have a WONDERFUL garden, full of great organic stuff from which you pick and choose what to put in your tea every day. I'd love to hear more about what your favorites are, what makes you feel great, etc. as well as if you yourself consume Diatomaceous Earth. I know it's great for the pets, but it should also be great for us humans as well, right? Thanks for the great forum!

Yes, It can be consumed by humuns too. Howard only recommends the Soil Mender product. Crawling insect killer. It's a bit confusing but, that's the newest and best. It has a lot of great benefits too. I take some too.

How do you consume it? It's gritty, right? Do you put it in food or drink, and how much per day, or at a time? I've felt like I have a possible parasite problem for awhile, and have tried other anti-paratic products, and can't tell they've done a thing. Maybe it's all in my head, but it can't hurt to try the DE - Soil Mender specifically. Thanks for the input!

It has no taste really. It's like eating flour by itself. You can mix it in a drink or take it alone. If you take it in a drink, You will need to keep it stirred. The amount you take, is up to you.... Some take 3 Tablespoons a day some only one. No matter which you decide. Start slow and work your way up. I would start with a teaspoon for a few days. If you go too fast it can cause some discomfort. I hope this helps.
