I purchased 2 years ago an above ground swimming pool (my first) and was told to backwash regularly which I do by just letting water on the ground near some cedar trees. (Claiming ignorance) I was not told it would hurt anything but now I have several of them dying and really look bad, is there anything I can do to save them now. Please help for I don't want to lose them. They form a barrier around the pool as a privacy fence and are really big and pretty. Thanks, omc :(

Don't really know without further info. Are you using chlorine in the pool?

Just wanted to bring everyone up to date with my problems with my Cedar Trees near Pool. I tried the Garrett Juice Treatment and put Medina HastroGrow. Green Sand, fresh compost and plenty of water and they have all come back, green and beautiful. Worked like a charm and sure am happy, I now have my backup waterhose longer and reaches further away from all trees and schubs. Just wanted to let anyone else know if they have this problem. :D

Thanks for the update. Sure am glad they survived. Just goes to show you don't need to use the nasty chemicals. Organic is the only way to go.
