The leaves on my red oaks are turing dark brown, almost black. also, there are small holes on the leaves- like something is eating them. HELP! :(

Need some more info:
New tree recently planted or old tree in well-established location?
What, if anything, has changed in the tree's immidiate vicinity recently?
How much water is this area getting? Red oaks aren't fond of wet feet.

Trees are 2 years old and we have gotten a lot of rain this past two weeks. Have not added or changed any other routines to the trees. Spray once every two weeks with garrett juice.
