Hi David, Well we sure were glad that we didn't have any kind of structure on our land when the hurricane came through. The eye of the storm passed right over us. A lot of our neighbors did get damage from the storm and all of the piers are gone but thank goodness we are still high and dry and setting one row back.
We are having the ground turned over and do plan to get San Augustine going. I also thought about planting Oleanders for border. I think I have quite a few green plants that I can take down there and set out(ferns, yuca, corn, cheveliar,(Miss spell) also an indoor palm plant, what do you think? I have seen some beautiful plants down there with lots of different color, I'm not sure what they are but they may be hybiscus or boganvia. Do you think any, all, or none of these would do well down there and can I set them in the ground or should I keep them in pots?
