Does anyone know where I can buy Eastern Red Cedar Seedlings?

They are all over the countryside in N. Central Okla. The State Agriculture Dept. has a red cedar irradification program and will help you if you want to clear your pastures. I don't know any one who has pastures infested with red cedar that would mind you digging up as many as you can haul off. I know several farmers that suppliment farm income by killing off other rancher's cedar trees. Check with the Okla State Agriculture dept. I bet they could put you on to many sources for only your labor.
