I am reading Sally Fallon's Nourishing Traditions. So much of it makes sense, but much of what is recommended is not practical or economical for most families. It seems that everything is bad for us, from pasturized milk to tap water. Does anyone know a good, unbiased source of information about water filtration and purification systems? In the resources section of the book, she refers is to Radiant Life as a source for these systems. Before I fork over lots and lots of money, I'd like to have some confidence that I'm not being ripped off. Can anyone share experiences or insights into the whole water subject?
