Can someone tell me what is going on with my shummard red oak. I had it planted back in the spring. Now it looks like some disease or insect is attacking it. The leaves have dots on them. As far as I can tell it's most of the leaves on bottom part of tree. I cannot see any insects on them. The leaves also appear to be turning brown and look as though they are dying. Sorry my camera is not the greatest and that is about the best closeup picture I can get. Anything I can do.
