Anyone know where I can get a Tasty Giant peach tree in Texas?
The only place that I have found, even on the Internet, is the Dave Wilson Nursery in California and they only sell wholesale. (Actually, anywhere that will sell one single tree would be great but Texas is even better)
I want one of these trees REALLY, REALLY, REALLY bad!

Actually, it is zoned for 450 chill hours. I have had a FloridaKing in the past though, which is zoned for the same amount of hours, and it did fine making a good amount of peaches.
Seeing as I have an extremely small yard, I want a large peach that makes a profuse amount. I cannot stand small peaches and even "medium" ones are terribly frustrating. The FloridaKing was "medium" and many times not even worth picking.
Many peach types claim to be "large" but Tasty Giant claims to be over a pound, most of the time.

Have you tried Womack Nursery at De Leon, TX? They are a 74 year old family business with a good selection of fruit trees and will ship bare root trees. Their website is http://www.womacknursery.com/
