I have been spraying some compost tea on my hay meadows with molasses and I was wondering if the heat of the day (mid 90's) would harm the microbes? Will it be alright to spray it during dry times or should I wait until it rains? I am just trying to do this right.

Use compost teas the same way you water your garden (i.e. either early morning or late afternoon).
The microbes in the aerobic tea act the same way as the natural beneficial soil microbes do living on the crop foliages, and in the soil around growing crops, this time of year.

The heat hurts when you make the tea. If the tea gets above 80 degrees F, you will probably not have any microbes because there is not enough oxygen in the tea to support aerobic life. The laws of physics and chemistry are at work to prevent more oxygen to become saturated in the water.
