Hearst Castle in San Simeon, California

Photos by the Dirt Doctor on a cloudy day in November, 2004. William Randolf Hearst built this place on his "ranch" as he called it over a 25 year period starting in 1919. The price at the time was $10 million - a lot back in those days.
