I have honey bees in the wall of my garage. The hive entrance is inside the garage so I can get to the hive (relatively) safely from the outside using a power drill. I have purchased a hive and would like to make them uncomfortable enough to swarm and move to the hive. My plan is to use an electric smoker/steamer that is used with insecticides. Will this plan work? Any suggestions on what formula to use to get them to move? On Mr.Garret's web site it says citronella, citrus, and garlic/pepper tea can repel bees. Will it move them?
