This may sound like it would not work....but some people I recently met say this has cured their night leg and foot cramps.

Place a bar of opened soap between the sheets at your feet! No more leg cramps. Soaps like Dove and Ivory do not work. It is suggested to use soaps such as Irish Spring, Coast, etc.

Let me know if this works for anyone!

For future use, and for anyone else reading who may still have cramps: 1 cup filtered water, 1T. honey, 1T. RAW organic Apple Cider Vinegar (not HEINZ or anything that says "caramel color" or "flavor" on the label. I only use BRAGG brand, found at natural food stores)

This is a very refreshing drink if cold, and very soothing drink if warm. The vinegar provides potassium which will decrease cramps. Also drinking more water will help. Cramps are usually either caused by lack of potassium, dehydration, or too much sugar. This drink is also a very good aid in digestion, and helps with indigestion.

I'll put in my 2 cents worth, as a runner and swimmer I get cramps in my legs and calfs at least once a month, one way is to drink about a small cup of pickle juice right from a jar of pickles(I usually put a straw in it a suck for 30 seconds or more and I HATE pickles!!),this seems to work and some schools even do this for their sports teams. The other way to get rid of cramps in legs or toes/feet areas is,the next time you get a cramp in said area pinch the area below your nose and above your upper lip and pinch HARD for a least a minute ,this really works,it's like a restart button for your brain that tells the brain I'm hurting let's fix the problem.

Hi,

And yes This drink is very tasty with the addition of the lemon balm and spearmint, and it's perfect after a hot day of working in the garden!
