Is Nature's Guide DE ok to take internally? I read some amazing testimonies but then read Howard doesn't recommend it any longer. If it is ok, how much does one take?

He does recommend it, and I think this is one he does suggest.

Here is one of his articles about DE.

Nature's Guide carries a DE with pyrethrum and a DE without pyrethrum. You need to make sure to not use the DE that contains pyrethrum.

Thank you for your reply. The box lists active ingredients:
Silicon Dioxide from DE...85%
Other Elemental Oxides...10%
Moisture.........................5%

Common name of active ingredient:
amorphous silica, diatomaceous earth.

No pyrethrum is listed anywhere on the box so I assume this is the good kind to take? Kind of makes me nervous eating insect control. LOL. But if it says what people said it did for them I am ready to try it!

Thanks again.

Why don't you call the program next Sunday and ask Howard? This is the kind of question that you want to get absolutely the right answer. There may be another brand that he prefers now.
