I second the good Capt'n. Just remember to add air to your mix. It makes a BIG difference. Your plants will thank you for it as well.

Since I first replied to this message a couple weeks ago, someone on another list convinced me to post the compost tea maker design on my own website. Since I didn't have a website, I started one devoted to Bruce Deuley's Little Texas Tea maker.

Bruce is also working on a 55-gallon drum design. It is designed exactly as I described in my first post here. After you read the design for the five gallon version on my website, maybe my description of the 55-gallon version will make more sense.

Apparently Bruce liked my website enough that he decided not to design his own web page for the tea maker but instead links to mine.
